CivicPulse is a professional intelligence platform. Users agree to utilize all data provided—including public records, social footprints, and relationship graph analysis—strictly for legal, professional, and investigative purposes.
2. Compliance & Regulations
Users are solely responsible for compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Unauthorized use of restricted data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Data Accuracy
Intelligence synthesized by our AI models (including Scandal Probability and UBO Unmasking) is provided "as-is." While we strive for 99.9% ingestion accuracy, users must verify all "Signals" against primary sources before taking formal action.
