Privacy Protocol

Revision: May 2026 // v3.2

1. Data Sovereignty

Your investigative queries, watchlists, and saved dossiers are encrypted and stored in isolated workspaces. CivicPulse does not sell user query data or investigative logs to third parties.

2. Information Collection

We collect public record data from official government channels (SEC, FEC, PACER, etc.). Any non-public "Premium Intelligence" is accessed only upon explicit user request and subject to strict DPPA/GLBA certification.

3. Right to Erasure

As we primarily aggregate public data, requests for removal of original public records must be directed to the issuing government agency. However, CivicPulse will honor legitimate requests to remove "AI-Synthesized Briefs" or "Social Enriched Footprints" as required by law.
